The Illinois/Iowa memory card is loaded with 478 total lakes with contours, of which 34 are high definition lakes. The high definition lakes include: Bluff, Carlyle, Shelbyville, Upper Gar, West Okoboji, West Okoboji, Coralville, Five Island, Brushy Creek and many others. The LakeMaster Insight for Lowrance HDS Pro Maps Lake of the Woods/Rainy Lake and Rainy River memory card includes high definition 1-foot contours for nearly all of Lake of the Woods, including all U.S. water, and the southern half of Canadian water, from Nestor Falls, Miles Bay, and Sabaskong Bay (750,000 surveyed acres in total). It also features Rainy Lake (note that Red Gut, Black Sturgeon, and Rice Bays are not yet surveyed), all of the Rainy River (U.S. and Canada), and all of Lake Kabetogama in high definition 1-foot contours. The Dakotas Insight card is loaded with 250 total lakes with contours, of which 15 are high definition LAKEMASTER PROMAP lakes. The 15 high definition lakes are: Big Stone Lake, Devils Lake, Traverse Lake, Bitter Lake, Cattail, Clear Lake, Enemy Swim Lake, Kampeska Lake, Kettle, Lynn Lake, Oahe Lake, Pickerel Lake, Roy Lake, Thompson Lake, and Waubay Lake. The 3D Shaded Relief maps will draw only on the Lowrance HDS GPS units. The LakeMaster Insight map memory cards also work as a 2D map in any Lowrance mapping unit that takes an SD/MMC card (except the LMS 2400 & LMS 240). You may have to download the most recent Lowrance software upgrade for your unit. |
Also, note that the maps included on the LakeMaster Insight for Lowrance HDS Maps memory cards cannot be accessed from and viewed on a PC or Mac computer. |
